Data analysis including implementation support

Implementation of the molecular plant breeding involves generation of multiple molecular (e.g. genotyping, sequencing) and other (e.g. phenotyping) data. Correct evaluation and interpretation of these data is a prerequisite for the breeding success later.

IT- Breeding offers Individual support within the customers breeding programmes in:

• evaluation of genetic diversity / duplications / varieties identification / varieties protection
• associations studies design, data analysis (including population strukture, haplotype analysis)
• support in the integration of molecular data in practical breeding
